Overview

Take responsibility for legal strategy and the quality of immigration representation. This role combines eligibility analysis, evidence development, drafting, and direct communication with individual or employer clients.

Responsibilities

• ◆Assess eligibility and explain the available legal options.
• ◆Direct evidence preparation and review petitions and applications.
• ◆Identify weaknesses, inconsistencies and issues requiring further advice.
• ◆Supervise delegated work and maintain clear case records.
• ◆Communicate the scope, next steps and material developments to clients.

Qualifications

Active admission and good standing in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction; relevant immigration experience; strong legal writing; sound professional judgment; and the ability to manage matters within a defined scope.
