An international assignment involves more than a travel date. We assess the employee's proposed activities, reporting structure, employing entity and intended duration to determine the appropriate U.S. immigration route and the evidence needed to support it.

The program coordinates immigration planning with HR and the business team, including relevant family and travel considerations. Where tax, employment or foreign-law advice is needed, we identify the issue for the appropriate adviser and define the limits of our engagement.
